First Day Primer Added

Hi there, just a couple updates:

First Day Primer

A few folks have asked for more guidance about how to run the First Day and introduce their players to it. These pages were cut from the book and meant to go back in, but I'm adding them as a separate primer for now. Use it if you want it!

Patch 2.0.2

I already put out version 2.0.1 yesterday with a number of typo fixes and rules clarifications. It's a big document, and I'm still learning about new ones all the time! Because it's hassle to download the PDF over and over again, I'll be waiting for a little before the next one, which will also include some minor rules changes. The only big thing in it as of now will be a fix of the Warrior's Onslaught feature, which was actually not the right version on release.
